At a General Meeting of the designated members of the above named LLP, duly convened and held at Lawrence House, 5 St Andrews Hill, Norfolk, NR2 1AD on 11 December 2019, the following determinations were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the LLP cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the LLP be hereby wound up voluntarily and that Jamie Playford (IP No. 9735) of Leading, Lawrence House, 5 St Andrews Hill, Norwich, NR2 1AD be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator of the LLP.”
