Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.3 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the Director of the above-named Company in his capacity as the chair of the Company's Board of Directors (the "Convener") is seeking a decision from creditors on the nomination of Joint Liquidators by way of a physical meeting. A resolution to wind up the Company is to be considered on 21 December 2018.

The meeting will be held at 1 Lakeside, Festival Way, Festival Park, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST1 5RY on 21 December 2018 at 11.00 am. As a result of the requirement to hold this physical meeting the original deemed consent procedure has been terminated. The Convener has discretion to permit remote attendance (meaning attending and being able to participate in the meeting without being in the place where it is being held) if such a request to do so is received in advance of the meeting.

A list of the names and addresses of the Company's creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at Moore Stephens, 1 Lakeside, Festival Way, Festival Park, Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 5RY on the two business days immediately before the Decision Date.

A creditor may appoint a person as a proxy-holder to act as their representative and to speak, vote, abstain or propose resolutions at the meeting. A proxy for a specific meeting must be delivered to the Convener at Moore Stephens, 1 Lakeside, Festival Way, Festival Park, Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 5RY before the meeting.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting (either in person or by proxy), creditors must have submitted a proof in respect of their claim (unless a proof has already been submitted) to the Convener at Moore Stephens, 1 Lakeside, Festival Way, Festival Park, Stoke-on-Trent, ST1 5RY by no later than 4pm on the buiness day immediately before the meeting date.

The Directors before the Decision Date and before the end of the period of seven days beginning with the day after the day on which the company passes a resolution for winding up, are required by Section 99 of the Insolvency Act 1986: (i) to make out a statement in the prescribed form as to the affairs of the Company, and (ii) send the statement to the Company’s creditors.
