Notice is given by Richard Paul James Goodwin and Roderick Graham Butcher that the decision procedure was requisitioned by creditors and that it has been summoned under paragraph 52(2) of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The purpose of the decision procedure is to vote on the approval of the Joint Administrators' fees and expenses.

It must be accompanied by proof of their debt (if not already lodged). Failure to do so will lead to their vote(s) being disregarded.
