“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Jonathan Mark Amor (IP No. 17770) and Nicola Kate Clark (IP No. 019390) both of Azets Holdings Limited, 5th Floor, Ship Canal House, 98 King Street, Manchester, M2 4WU be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up. The Joint Liquidators will act jointly and severally."
