“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Laurence Pagden,(IP No. 9055) and Simon Peter Carvill-Biggs,(IP No. 15930) both of Menzies LLP, Lynton House, 7-12 Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LT be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.”
