At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named company, duly convened and held via a Zoom teleconference call on 1 October 2020, the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special and Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Peter John Godfrey-Evans (IP No. 8794) and Henry Nicholas Page (IP No. 12250) both of Mercer & Hole, Silbury Court, 420 Silbury Boulevard, Central Milton Keynes, MK9 2AF be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, to act either jointly or severally.”
