Notice is hereby given under Rule 6.14 , 15.7 and 15.8 and 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the Directors' of the above named Company are seeking deemed consent from the creditors on the nomination of Joint Liquidators. A resolution to wind up the Company is to be considered on 25 March 2019.

The proposed decision is in respect of the appointment of Paul David Williams and Geoffrey Wayne Bouchier as Joint Liquidators of the Company and the decision date is 23.59 hours on 25 March 2019. To object to the proposed decision, you must deliver a notice in writing, with a proof of debt (unless one has already been submitted), stating that you do so to Paul David Williams of Duff & Phelps Ltd, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG or by email to maddy.skerrett@duffandphelps.com not later than 23.59 hours on 25 March 2019, the decision date, failing which your objection will be disregarded.

Paul David Williams and Geoffrey Wayne Bouchier are persons qualified to act as Insolvency Practitioners in relation to the above Company who, during the period before the decision date, will furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the Company's affairs as they may reasonably require.

Unless they surrender their security, secured creditors must give particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the estimated value at which it is assessed if they wish to vote.
