At a General Meeting of the above named Company duly convened and held at 3rd Floor 11-12 St. James's Square, Suite 2, London, SW1Y 4LB on 11 December 2019 the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and an ordinary resolution, respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and, accordingly, that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Williams (IP No. 9294) and Geoffrey Bouchier (IP No. 9535) both of Duff & Phelps Ltd, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London, SE1 9SG be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”

The creditors under the Deemed Consent procedure, decision date being 23 December 2019, ratified the resolutions confirming the appointment of Paul Williams and Geoffrey Bouchier as Joint Liquidators.
