"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Hugh Francis Jesseman (IP No. 9480) and Steven Illes (IP No. 7122) both of Antony Batty & Company LLP, 3 Field Court, Gray’s Inn, London, WC1R 5EF be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
