"That the company be wound-up voluntarily."

ORDINARY RESOLUTION

"That Paula Watson and Darren McMath of Arthur Boyd & Company, 5th Floor Causeway Tower 9 James Street South Belfast BT2 8DN be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up."
