NOTICE is hereby given that on 28 August 2019 a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court by Jack Giffen, Lilian Keddie Lawson and Carol Anne Morris, each having a place of business at 100 Norfolk Street, Glasgow, G5 9EJ, the directors of Deaf Connections, craving the court inter alia that Deaf Connections, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC133325) and having its registered office at 100 Norfolk Street, Glasgow, G5 9EJ, be wound up by the Court and that Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Robert Craig, Insolvency Practitioners of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Third Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP, be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition, the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 29 August 2019 appointed all persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, advertisement or service, and meantime appointed the said Kenneth Wilson Pattullo and Kenneth Robert Craig to be Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said company and authorised them to exercise the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 to the Insolvency Act 1986, all of which notice is hereby given.
