Notice is hereby given that on 8 June 2017 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of North Strathclyde at Paisley by Derek Gilbert Day craving the Court that Deadline Day Football Consultants Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts and having its registered office at Unit 19 and 20 Wilson Business Park, 1 Queen Elizabeth Avenue, Hillington Park, Glasgow, G52 4NQ (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed; in which Petition the Sheriff at Paisley by Interlocutor dated 15 June 2017 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley within 8 days after intimation, service and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
