A Petition to wind up the above-named company of De Stefano Investment Corporation Limited (04673928) of 6 Heathmans Road, London SW6 4TJ, whose nature of business is Activities of other holding companies not elsewhere classified, presented on Thursday 25 April 2019, at 13:28 by DE STEFANO PROPERTY GROUP LIMITED (IN ADMINISTRATION), of C/o Kmpg Llp, 15 Canada Square, London E14 5GL claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 12 June 2019, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
