At a virtual meeting held on 26 September 2018, I, Peter O'Duffy was appointed Liquidator of the above Company by resolution of its creditors.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rules 14.29 et seq of the Insolvency Rules 2016 (as amended), that I as Liquidator intend to declare a first and final 100% distribution to preferential creditors and a first and final partial dividend to unsecured creditors of the Company within two months after the last date for proving specified below. Unless they have already done so creditors, other than those with listed claims of less than ÂŁ1,000, who wish to rank for a dividend are required to prove their debts by sending their full names and addresses, particulars of their debts or claims, and the names and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to reach me at my address 9 Woodhill Road, Portishead, Bristol BS20 7EU or by email to poduffy@ipservices.co.uk no later than 15 December 2019 (the last date for proving). Where creditors (including those listed for less than ÂŁ1,000) have not yet proved and wish to claim an amount different from that listed they must before that date submit to me a proof of debt together with evidential backup. Creditors who have not proved their debts before the declaration of any dividend shall not be entitled to disturb, by reason that they have not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend.
