At a General Meeting of the Members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 10.10 am at KRE Corporate Recovery Limited, Unit 8, The Aquarium, King Street, Reading, Berkshire, RG1 2AN on 2 February 2021, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that David Taylor (IP No. 13790) and Gareth Roberts (IP No. 8826) both of KRE Corporate Recovery LLP, Unit 8, The Aquarium, 1-7 King Street, Reading, Berkshire RG1 2AN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company.”
