A Petition to wind up the above-named company (registered no. 09943336) of 1 Duke's Passage, Brighton, East Sussex BN1 1BS, presented on 1 February 2019 by CITY ELECTRICAL FACTORS LIMITED - Southern Division of Georgie Mackie House, 141 Farmer Ward Road, Kenilworth, Warwickshire CV8 2SU (the Petitioner), claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at The Law Courts, The Quayside, Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne & Wear NE1 3LA on 1 April 2019 at 10.30 am (or as soon as the petition can be heard).
