Notice is hereby given that on 22 May 2018 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Her Majesty’s Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy for, inter alia, an Order under the Insolvency Act 1986 that DCR (Series 2) Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC533528) and having its Registered Office at The Ca’D’Oro, Harper Macleod LLP, 45 Gordon Street, Glasgow, G1 3PE be wound up and that William Thomson Mercer Cleghorn, Insolvency Practitioner of Aver Chartered Accountants be appointed as Interim Liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 22 May 2018 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification; all of which Notice is hereby given.
