“That it has been proved by special resolution that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Simon Lowes (IP No. 9194) and Gavin Savage (IP No. 9950) both of CVR Global LLP, 5 Prospect House, Meridians Cross, Ocean Way, Southampton, SO14 3TJ be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding with the powers to act jointly and severally."
