Resolutions

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Anthony Hyams of Insolve Plus Ltd, Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London, W1G 0AH, be appointed Liquidator of the Company" and

3. "That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the Company's assets in specie".
