At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held by teleconference at 1st Floor, 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE on 16 October 2020, at 10.45 am the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Paul Appleton of David Rubin & Partners of 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.” At a physical meeting of creditors held on 16 October 2020 at 1st Floor, 26-28 Bedford Row, London, WC1R 4HE by teleconference, the creditors appointed John Anthony Dickinson (IP No. 9342) and Joseph Walter Colley (IP No. 21712) both of Carter Backer Winter LLP, 66 Prescot Street, London, E1 8NN as Joint Liquidators and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done jointly or separately."
