A Petition to wind up the above-named company of DCBX Limited (08184268) of 1st Floor Hanover House, 14 Hanover Square, London, England, W1S 1HN (where service of the petition was effected), whose nature of business is Administration of financial markets, presented on 17 December 2021, by THE HEX GROUP OF COMPANIES (INCLUDING HEX TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, HEX TRUST LIMITED AND HEX TECHNOLOGIES PTE. LIMITED) of C/O Reynolds Porter Chamberlain LLP, Tower Bridge House, St Katharine's Way, London E1W 1AA claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Court, The Rolls Building, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 2 February 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
