“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Allan Christopher Cadman (IP No. 9522) of Poppleton & Appleby, 16 Oxford Court, Bishopsgate, Manchester M2 3WQ be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company."
