"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Graham Randall (IP No. 9051) of Quantuma LLP, Bath House, 6-8 Bath Street, Bristol, BS1 6HL and Paul Zalkin (IP No. 18612) of Quantuma LLP, High Holborn House, 52-54 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6RL be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
