At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Yorkshire House, 7 South Lane, Holmfirth, HD9 1HN on 14 December 2021 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Jonathan Paul Philmore (IP No. 9098) of Philmore & Co Ltd, Yorkshire House, 7 South Lane, Holmfirth, HD9 1HN be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company.”
