Notice is hereby given that a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow by Stewart Harley Rough, residing at 23 Midton Road, Prestwick, KA9 1PJ, for restoration of the Company formerly known as Dawn Homes (Johnstone) Limited, formerly Pacific Shelf 1338 Limited, and having its last registered office at 220 West George Street, Glasgow G2 2PG to the Register of Companies and in which Petition the Court, by Interlocutor dated 23 March 2018, appoints any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
