“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michelle Anne Weir (IP No. 9107) and Simon Wesley Hicks (IP No. 13450) both of Lameys, One Courtenay Park, Newton Abbot, Devon, TQ12 2HD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up.”
