“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Phil Deyes and Sean Williams, both of Leonard Curtis, 36 Park Row, Leeds, LS1 5JL, (IP Nos: 9089 and 11270) be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding-up.”
