A Petition to wind up the above-named Company whose registered office is at 51 Portland Square, Sutton-In-Ashfield, Nottinghamshire, NG17 1AZ presented on 22 October 2019 by LDF FINANCE NO.2 LIMITED whose registered office is at Dee House, St David’s Park, Flintshire, CH5 3XF claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at Business and Property Courts of Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ on 9 December 2019 at 10:00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
