At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named company, duly convened, and held at 6-8 Beaconsfield Road, Hatfield, Hertfordshire AL10 8BE on 19 May 2021, the following resolutions were passed by the Members: 1 as a Special Resolution and 2 as an Ordinary Resolution.

1. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

2. "That Anthony Hyams and Mark Newton, of Insolve Plus Ltd, Allan House, 10 John Princes Street, London W1G 0AH, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately"
