“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Natasha Brodie (IP No. 19490) of Valentine & Co, Glade House, 52-54 Carter Lane, London, EC4V 5EF be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of such winding up.”
