A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Dassie Decor Limited (08121811) whose registered office is The Grain Store Whetsted Road Five Oak Green Tonbridge TN12 6RR whose nature of business is Wholesale of household goods (other than Musical instruments) not elsewhere classified presented on 26 September 2019, at 15:17 by FLEXPORT INTERNATIONAL B.V. (A Company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands) of Jachthavenweg 109A 1081 K M Amsterdam the Netherlands, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Birmingham District Registry, 33 Bull Street, Birmingham, B4 6DS on Tuesday 7 January 2020, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
