Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 14 December 2021, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michael Wellard (office holder no 9670) of RBW Restructuring Limited, Unit 4, Limes Court, Conduit Lane, Hoddesdon, Hertfordshire EN11 8EP be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."

Please note that at a virtual meeting on 14 December 2021, the creditors of the Company nominated Andrew Watling (IP No. 15910) and Richard Wragg (IP No. 23130) both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ to act as Joint Liquidators of the Company, and as a result of the voting, Andrew Watling and Richard Wragg of Quantuma Advisory Limited are the Joint Liquidators of the Company.

This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company, Andrew Watling, of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Office D, Beresford House, Town Quay, Southampton, SO14 2AQ.
