"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kenneth William Touhey (IP No. 8369) of Insolvency and Recovery Limited, Chatsworth House, 3rd Floor, 39 Chatsworth Road, Worthing, West Sussex, BN11 1LY are hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such voluntary winding up."
