NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by written resolution of the members of the above-named companies on 8 July 2021 the following special resolution was passed for each of the Companies:

That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Joint Liquidators be appointed for the purposes of such winding up.

The Companies also passed the following ordinary resolution:
