At a general meeting of the members of Dartbridge Partners Limited held at the offices of Harold, Bell & Infields, 3-5 Old Bridge Street, Hampton Wick, Kingston upon Thames KT1 4BU on 4 September 2018, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Michelle Anne Weir (IP No. 9107) of Lameys, Envoy House, Longbridge Road, Plymouth, PL6 8LU be and is hereby appointed as liquidator for the purposes of such winding up and that any power conferred on her by law or by this resolution, may be exercised.”
