Notice is hereby given that a General Meeting of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Duff & Phelps Ltd., The Chancery, 58 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 1EW on 22 January 2018 at 11.00 am for the purposes of considering and it thought fit, passing the following resolutions as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same and accordingly, that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Anthony John Wright (IP No. 10870) and Geoffrey Paul Rowley (IP No. 8919) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 2nd Floor, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the winding up."
