NOTICE is HEREBY GIVEN that the Creditors of the above-named Company, whose debts exceed ÂŁ1,000, are required on or before the 30 April 2019 to send in their names and addresses, and to submit their proof of debt, to the undersigned Megan Wallis F.C.C.A. of Bates Weston LLP, Chartered Accountants, The Mills, Canal Street, Derby DE1 2RJ the Liquidator of the Company and, if so required by the said Liquidator either personally or by their Solicitors to provide such further details or produce such documentary evidence as may appear to be necessary.

A creditor whose debt does not exceed ÂŁ1,000 (according to the accounting records or Statement of Affairs of the above-named company) is not required to prove their debt.

A creditor who has not proved their debt before the declaration of any dividend, is not entitled to disturb by reason that they have not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend before their debt was proved.
