At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened, and held at 8 Park Place, Leeds, LS1 2RU on 20 October 2017 at 10.00 am the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Gary Edgar Blackburn (IP No. 6234) and Paul Andrew Whitwam (IP No. 8346) both of FRP Advisory LLP, 8 Park Place, Leeds, LS1 2RU be and are hereby appointed Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up."
