Notice is hereby given that on 10th February 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow craving the Court inter alia that DANTON SERVICES LTD, with its Registered Office at 9 Tinto Road, Glasgow, G64 1SQ be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 10th February 2020 ordained the said Danton Services Ltd and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
