Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 95 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of the creditors of the above named Company will be held at FRP Advisory LLP, Suite 2B Johnstone House, 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1UD, on 06 September 2018, at 10.30 am for the purposes of receiving the Liquidators’ statement of affairs, confirming the appointment of the current Joint Liquidators or nominating a person or persons to act in their place, and electing a Liquidation Committee. Creditors can attend the meeting in person and vote. Creditors are entitled to vote if they have submitted a claim at or before the meeting and the claim has been accepted in whole or in part. If you cannot attend, or do not wish to attend, but wish to vote at the meeting, you can either nominate a person to attend on your behalf, or you may nominate the chairman of the meeting, who will be the current Liquidator of the Company, to vote on your behalf. Proxies can be submitted in advance or at the creditors meeting. A form of proxy is available. A resolution is passed when the majority in value of those voting, in person or by proxy, have voted in favour of it. In accordance with section 95(2)(e) of the Act a list of the names and addresses of the Company’s creditors will be available for inspection, free of charge, at FRP Advisory LLP, Suite 2B Johnstone House, 52-54 Rose Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1UD, on the two business days preceding the date of the meeting, between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00 pm.
