Notice is hereby given that the Joint Liquidators propose to make a first and final distribution to the unsecured creditors of the Company.

The last date for proving debts against the Company is 28 July 2022, by which date claims must be sent to the undersigned, of Bishop Fleming LLP, 2nd Floor Stratus House, Emperor Way, Exeter Business Park, Exeter, EX1 3QS, the Joint Liquidator of the Company. The Joint Liquidators intend declaring a final dividend within two months of the last date for proving claims.
