At a General Meeting of the Company, duly convened, and held at Old Pavilion, Dawson Field, Main Road, Danbury, CM3 4NQ on 3 October 2022 at 11.00 am the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Martin Weller (IP No. 9419) and Julie Humphrey (IP No. 23930) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Jupiter House, Warley Hill Business Park, The Drive, Brentwood, Essex, CM13 3BE be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
