A petition has been presented for the winding up of the above-named company on 6 June 2022 by Shell Energy UK Limited of Elder House 586 -592 Elder Gate Milton Keynes MK9 1LR claiming to be a creditor of the Company. The petition will be heard at Business and Property Courts in Leeds, Leeds Combined Court Centre, The Courthouse, 1 Oxford Row, Leeds, LS1 3BG, on 26 July 2022, at 10:00 AM (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear at the hearing (whether to support or oppose the petition) must give notice of that intention in accordance with rule 7.14 of The Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 not later than 4pm on the business day before that which is appointed for the hearing (or, where the hearing has been adjourned, for the adjourned hearing).

Should the Company or any Supporting Creditors intend to attend the hearing, they should send an email to the Court at BPC.Leeds@Justice.gov.uk, providing contact details and a telephone number of a chosen representative wishing to attend.
