A Petition to wind up the above-named company of Dale Acquisitions Limited (06758422) of Unit 1a Park Road Estate, Timperley, Altrincham, Cheshire WA14 5QH England, whose nature of business is 8100 - Buying and selling own real estate, presented on Monday 11 July 2022, at 09:00 by TRAFFORD COUNCIL, of Town Hall, Talbot Road, Manchester M32 0TH claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the Business and Property Courts in Manchester, 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester M60 9DJ on Tuesday 06 September 2022, at 10:00 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
