Notice is hereby given that on 9 November 2020 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Perth Sheriff Court by Dakota Industries Limited craving the Court inter alia that Dakota Industries Limited having its registered office at Unit 9, Welton Road, Blairgrowrie, PH10 6HE be wound up by the Court and that Donald McKinnon, Insolvency Practitioner, Wylie & Bisset LLP, 168 Bath Street, Glasgow, G2 4TP be appointed as provisional liquidator and after service, intimation and advertisement, interim liquidator; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 12 November 2020 appointed the said Donald McKinnon, of Wylie & Bisset LLP, as provisional liquidator and ordained any persons, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Perth Sheriff Court within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, all of which notice is hereby given.
