At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at Merchants Court, 21-23 Castle Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7AQ on 23 November 2018 at 11.00 hrs the following resolutions were passed as a Special resolution and Ordinary resolution respectively:-

1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily”

2. “That Deviesh Ramesh Raikundalia (IP No 13890) and Situl Devji Raithatha (IP No 8927) of Springfields Advisory LLP, of Merchants Court, 21-23 Castle Gate, Nottingham, NG1 7AQ, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that they act either jointly or separately.”
