At a GENERAL MEETING of DAB Testing (UK) Limited duly convened and held at Chapelshade House, 78-84 Bell Street, Dundee, DD1 1RQ on 17 December 2018 the following Resolution was passed as a Special Resolution.

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Derek Grant, Chapelshade House, 78-84 Bell Street, Dundee be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
