A Petition to wind up the above-named company of D W TRADING (SOUTH EAST) LIMITED (09373168) of Unit 2.02 High Weald House, Glovers End, Bexhill, East Sussex TN39 5ES England, whose nature of business is development of building projects and retail sale of sports goods, fishing gear, camping goods, boats and bicycles, presented on Thursday 08 September 2022, at 11:45 by BARCLAYS BANK UK PLC, of 1 Churchill Place, London E14 5HP claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at the High Court of Justice Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 26 October 2022, at 10:30 (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
