Notice is hereby given that on 16 April 2019 a petition was presented to the Sheriff at Selkirk by David Sparham, 27 Riddle Dumble Park, Galashiels, Selkirkshire, TD1 1LJ craving the Court inter alia, that D Sparham Limited having their registered office at 27 Riddle Dumble Park, Galashiels, Selkirkshire, TD1 1LJ (“the Company”) be wound up by the Court and that interim liquidators be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff at Selkirk by interlocutor dated 18 April 2019 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk, Selkirk, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service, and eo die appointed Kenneth Craig and Kenneth Pattullo, Insolvency Practitioners, both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Third Floor, Finlay House, 10-14 West Nile Street, Glasgow, G1 2PP to be provisional liquidators of the Company with the powers specified in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended); all of which notice is hereby given.
