At a General Meeting of the above-named Company, convened, and held at 33 Ian Mikardo Way, Caversham, Reading RG4 5BZ on 31 March 2020 the following Special and Ordinary Resolutions were passed:

SPECIAL RESOLUTION

1. That it has been proved to the satisfaction of the meeting that the Company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that the Company be wound up voluntarily.

ORDINARY RESOLUTION

2. That Christine Francis and Danny Dartnaill, authorised insolvency practitioners of BDO LLP, Thames Tower, Level 12, Station Road, Reading, Berkshire RG1 1LX be appointed joint liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up, to act jointly and severally.
